Who is Umm Kulsoom? - A Research

Until this year, I was unaware that Hazrat Fatimah Zehra and Imam Ali had a daughter named Umm Kulsoom who was 18 months of age when our Lady of light passed away. So I researched and look around and asked around. I found clip after clip of youtube molvis claiming Umm Kulsoom daughter of Imam Ali did exist and indeed a very interesting claim by scholars' of other school's of Islam that she was married to Caliph Umar. من الأمور التي كثر الكلام حولها عبر العصور والقرون، مسألة تزويج عليّ(ع) ابنته أم كلثوم من عمر، لذا نرى أكثر الكتب الكلامية عند الفريقين تحدثت عنه بايجاز، ولما نتصفّح ما كتبه أهل السنة حول هذا الحدث نراهم فرحين به ومستبشرين, لأنّهم ـ على زعمهم ـ عثروا على دليل وشاهد يقصم ظهر الشيعة ولا يبقي لهم باقية ـ كما صرّح به بعضهم ـ. لذا نحن هنا نورد بعض ما ذكر حول هذا الحدث ونعلّق عليه بايجاز واختصار: أما بالنسبة إلى أصل تحقق هذا الزواج, فنقول : إنّ علماءنا ذهبوا في هذا الأمر إلى أربعة أقوال: 1 ـ ان الشيخ المفيد(قدس سره) ذكر أنّ الخبر الوارد في ذلك غير ثابت لا سنداً ولا دلالة. المسائل السروية: 86، المسألة العاشرة . 2 ـ ذهب بعض الأخباريين إلى أنّها كانت جنية، ولم يتزوّج عمر من أم كلثوم حقيقة, مستندين إلى بعض الروايات, ولكن هذه الروايات ضعيفة، مضافاً إلى أنها أخبار آحاد لا توجب علماً ولا عملا....

قد حاول بعض علماء أهل السنة ان يثبت تزويج أمير المؤمنين (ع) ابنته أم كلثوم من عمر بن الخطاب لأغراض عديدة أهمّها: ان التزويج دليل على اعتراف الامام (ع) بصحة خلافة عمر، وإلاّ لو كان علي(ع) يعتبر عمراً غاصبا للخلافة لما زوجه ابنته أبداً. من هؤلاء العلماء الذين ذكروا خبر التزويج : 1 ـ ابن سعد / الطبقات الكبرى 8 / 462. 2 ـ الدولابي / الذريّة الطاهرة : 157. 3 ـ الحاكم النيسابوري / المستدرك 3 / 142. 4 ـ البيهقي / السنن الكبرى 7 / 63. 5 ـ الخطيب البغدادي / تاريخ بغداد 6 / 182. 6 ـ ابن عبد البر / الاستيعاب 4 / 1954. 7 ـ ابن الاثير الجزري / افسد الغابة 5 / 516. ولكن عند المراجعة لأسانيد خبر التزويج يتبين أن لا أصل لأصل الخبر فضلا عن جزئياته ومتعلقاته! وذلك بالنظر الى أصول أهل السنة وقواعدهم في علم الحديث، واستناداً الى كلمات علمائهم في علم الرجال: 1 ـ إنه حديث أعرض عنه البخاري ومسلم فلم...

أوّلاً: هذا الخبر غير موجود في الصحيحين، وكم من خبر كذّبوه لعدم كونه في الصحيحين. ثانياً: هذا الخبر غير موجود في شيء من الصحاح الستّة، فقد اتفق أربابها على عدم رواية هذا الخبر. ثالثاً: هذا الخبر ليس في شيء من المسانيد والمعاجم الحديثيّة المعتبرة المشهورة، كمسند أبي يعلى ومسند أحمد ومسند البزّار، وكذا معاجم الطبراني، وغير هذه الكتب، هذا الخبر غير موجود فيها رواية القوم هذا الخبر عن أهل البيت: عن الصادق (عليه السلام)، رواه الحاكم النيسابوري، عن الصادق، عن أبيه، عن جدّه: وإنّ عمر خطب أُمّ كلثوم ابنة علي بن أبي طالب وتزوّج بها. يقول الحاكم: هذا حديث صحيح الاسناد ولم يخرجاه. أي البخاري ومسلم. لكن الذهبي يتعقّب هذا الخبر فيقول: هذا منقطع. والبيهقي يقول: هذا مرسل. حينئذ لا يتمّ سنده. رواه البيهقي عن أبي عبدالله الحاكم صاحب المستدرك - وهو شيخه - بسنده عن الصادق (عليه السلام)، وفي السند أحمد...
